用毛细管色谱分析舒兰褐煤快速焦化煤焦油

【摘要】 快速焦油和高温焦油用简单蒸馏或CS2抽提进行前处理,80-280℃馏分分别 占焦油的42.9%和 20.6%.用 SP-2305改制的毛细管气体色谱仪测得沸点245℃ 以前化合物总量分别占焦油的24.31%和16.83%,通过对比,明确了快速焦油的特 点是:(1)低沸点化合物总量高;(2)低沸点酚的含量高;(3)萘的含量少。同 时讨论了焦油中酚类、硷性组分和中性油中主要化合物含量及分布、并对主要化工产 品的产量进行了比较.揭示了它们之间的差异. 文中提出了用样量少.操作方便的煤焦油 CS2抽提-毛细管气体色谱快速分方 法,说明了本方法用于煤焦油分析时的优点.

【Abstract】 The tar of Shulan brown coal obtained from flash pyrolysis at a tempera- ture of 700℃ was investigated by using capillary gas chromatography, It was compared with that obtained by high temperature (1000℃) pyrolysis of bitumi- nous coal. Both were preliminarily treated by fractional distillation and so- lvent extraction with CS2. The part of distillate below 28℃ of the tar from Shulan brown coal and that of high temperature pyrolysis of bituminous coal amounted to 42.9% and 20.6% of the total tar respectively and distillates below 245℃ were 24.31 % and 16.83 % respectively and were analyzed chromatographically. The following peculiarities of the tar obtained from flash pyrolysis of Shulan brown coal were ascertained: (1 ) Larger amount of lower--boiling fraction; (2 )Higher content of lower phenols; and (3 ) Lower content of naphthalene. In the light of industrially important chemicals, the distribution of phen- ols and basic and neutral substances in the tars were discussed. CS2 extrdction~capillary gas chromatography a new method of analyzing coal tar with the advantages of using less sample and easy to operate was suggested. Its applicability in the analysis of coal tar was also discussed.
