在表面有恒定热源作用薄板的不稳定温度场分析
Analysis of Unstable Temperature Traverse of Thin Plates Subjected to Invariant in Time Heat Source on Its Surface
【摘要】 本文研究了薄板(δ≤0.6厘米)在一侧表面受不变热量q,边界处于空气对流传热条件下不稳定温度场的分布问题。若受热面积为一圆形面积,且受热区距离板边缘足够远(大于 20—30倍受热半径)时,就可用轴对称方程来研究。本文用有限元法求解了轴对称二维热传导方程。数值计算表明,只有在受热区内,温度在板厚方向有不到10%的温差,其余部分沿板厚方向的温度基本是均匀分布的。因此问题又可进一步简化为一维轴对称热传导问题,求得了它的解析解,并根据对二维轴对称热传导方程的有限元计算结果,给出对材料为铝及铝合金的薄板的一个温度场分布的拟合好验公式,还作了相应的实验。
【Abstract】 This paper investigates unstable temperature traverse of thin plates, whose boundary is under convective heat transfer to air.On its top surface the plate is subjeeted to invariant in time heaf q, it is found that if the heated area is circular one and far enougnh from the lateral boundary, to say, the distance from the center of the heated area to the boundary is 20-30 times larger than the heated radius,the temperature traverse could be investigated by an axisym- metric differential equation. By making use of the finite clement method, the two dimensional axisymmetric thermal conductive problem is solved, and numerical results have shown that the temperature within the heated area across its thickness differs less than 10% and outside of the heated area is almost unvarying. Thus, the problem is simplified to as an one dimensional axisymmetric thermal conductive problem, and its analytical solution is determined. According to the results, which are obtained from solving the two dimensional axisymmetric thermal conductive equation by finite element method, a curve fitting technique is used to give an empirical formula for the temperature traverse in the thin plates made of aluminium and aluminium- alloy. Finally, relevant experiments are also performed.
