内压圆筒中表面裂纹的疲劳扩展和断裂分析研究

【摘要】 本文讨论了当前流行的内压圆筒表面裂纹疲劳扩展和断裂强度的部分解法与公式.并对五只国产气瓶进行了疲劳试验。应用上述所讨论的公式总结疲劳扩展的规律性,分别得出国产气瓶用钢(40Mn2A和 42Mn2A正火)的疲劳特性常数 n和 C.并用所得结果计算了4条裂纹的疲劳寿命,将它们与实测寿命作了比较,标准误差在±17%以内。

【Abstract】 In this paper several solutions and equations currently applied in fatigue growth and fracture strengths of surface cracks in internal pressurized cylin- ders have been discussed and the paper also presented the results of expe- riments on outside longitudinal surface cracks in different depths and lengths on five gas cylinders. Using the solutions and equations discussed above, the calculations of the crack growth rates and stress-intensity factors have been developed separately. The constants of material characteristics n and C are obtained for steels 40Mn2A and 42Mn2A normalizing. The fatigue life of four cracks was predicted by employing the results obtained, it is found that the standard deviations are approximately within ± 17 comparing with experimental results.
