【摘要】 本文是气流纱捻度问题研究的第二部分,着重研究几种主要的化纤气流纱截面内捻回的大小和分布情况;探索和初步解决了采用示踪纤维描迹法观测涤纶和维纶纤维气流纱的溶液配置的试验方法。通过测试得出了化纤气流纱截面内捻回分布的规律和棉气流纱相一致的结果;还发现几种化纤气流纱与棉气流纱一样,其实际捻度小于计算捻度,其中差异最大的是涤纶气流纱,最小的是腈纶气流纱。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the amount and distribution of twist in the principal man-made OEyarn cross-sections are studied.An approach is made and a preliminary solution is found to the problem aboutthe formulation of spinning solution for tracer fibers to be used for observing PETand vinylon OE yarns.The results show that the rules of twist distribution in man-made OE yarns arethe same as cotton OE yarn.It has also been observed that the measured values of practical twists in man-madeOE yarns are the same as those in cotton OE yarn,both are lower than their calcul-ated values.The amount of difference is the largest in polyester OE yarn and the smallest inacrylic OE yarn.更多还原
