TA7合金薄板冷轧织构的三维取向分析
THREE-DIMENSIONAL ORIENTATION ANALYSIS FOR COLD-ROLLING TITANIUM ALLOY (TA7) SHEET
【摘要】 建立了适用于表现六方系材料织构的取向分布函数(Orientation Distribution Function)的数学模型并编制了相应的计算程序(略)。提出利用最小二乘法,用r个极图级数系数Qlmi计算ODF级数系数Wlmn时的加权系数bin的公式,论证了加权系数与被测试样织构类型无关。 实测并计算了TA7冷轧薄板的取向分布函数。通过分析ODF图确定;被测试样里绝大多数晶粒的轧面倾向于(0001),漫散可达40°,而轧向在各个方向上接近均匀分布;此外还有少数晶粒的取向为(2114)[0110]。
【Abstract】 The paper is written with the intention to introduce a group of coefficients of weights b1ni for calculating the coefficients of ODF series w1mn as shown by formula ( 9 ).An ALGOL-60 program has been written on this understanding so as to calculate the ODF for hexagonal materials and,furthermore,to determine the cold-rolling texture of TA7 titanium alloy sheet.It is shown that the rolling planes of most grains in the sample tend to parallel to (0001) with a deviation to the extent of 40?and of which the rolling directions are,as a whole,uniformly distributed along all directions over the rolling planes.As for the less grains,which take the orientation approximate to (2114)[0110].Here the ODF is expanded in a series of generalized spherical harmonics truncated at l=16 and inversed from three pole figures (1010),(1011) and (1012) of the sample.The coefficients w1mn of the series are calculated by means of the method of least square.It has been proved thatwhere r is the number of pole figures to be inversed,Q1mi is the coefficient of the spherical harmonics of plane i,bfni is the weight which is determined by θ,,l,n and independent of the orientaion distribution of the plane i.In order to check the reliability of the calculation,the pole figures (10l0),(1011),(1012) and (0002) which derived from the obtained ODF have compared with the corresponding pole figures directely measured,respectively.It is found that the coincidence of these two sets is fairly satisfactory
