用雨流计数法研究水轮机的疲劳载荷

【摘要】 本文简要介绍了雨流计数法的一般原则和步骤。由于引人了“雨流计数法第二阶段计数”的方法,使这一方法更为有效。文由还用此法处理了水轮机的疲劳载荷数据,并给出了计算机程序框图。最后,得出有关水轮机的载荷幅值的频数曲线,给出了这组载荷幅值频数曲线的包络线。该水轮机的载荷和频数都不超出这条包络线。本文为在类似工作条件下的水轮机的疲劳设计和疲劳试验提供了有用的数据。

【Abstract】 On a basis of briefly introducing the general principle and procedure of the rainflow counting method,a concept "the second counting stage of rainflow method" has been introduced here to subsequently effectuate such a method so that it is still possible to count to the end according as the usual rules of rainflow method.In the paper the fatigue data of hydraulic turbines are dealt with by use of above method and a block diagram for computing is given.The curves of loading range vs,the number of cycles for the relevant turbines are offered and so an envelop to this curves may be plotted.Both the loads and the number of cycles can never exceed the envelope curve.This work will be beneficial to provide with the useful data for the fatigue designs and fatigue tests of hydraulic turbines under similar working conditions.
