【Abstract】 From the point of view of promoting rural economy, This article drawing from the practical experience in the six production brigades in different types of districts in Heilongjiang province, Puts forward a general rule of development of agricultural machanization. It is, through the four closely linked and mutually promoting processes of development namely, "needs and funds", "developing mechanization, increasing wealth and liberating labour" and "expanding reproduction", to continually stimulate the raising of the degrees and evel of mechanization in agriculture in spirals. Due to different condition, production brigades of different type differ from each other in the starting point in the development of agricultural mechanization and the key point during each process. The universal significance of the general rule of development of agricultural mechanization in then discussed both in Heilongjiang province and in the whole country.更多还原
