NiO-WO3/Al2O3催化剂的制法对氧化镍和氧化铝的相互作用及吡啶加氢活性的影响
THE EFFECT OF METHOD OF PREPARATION OF NiO-WO3/Al2O3 CATALYSTS UPON THE INTERACTION OF NiO WITH Al2O3 AND THE PYRIDINE HYDROGENATION ACTIVITY
【摘要】 应用紫外—可见漫反射光谱和微型反应—色谱技术研究了NiO-WO3/Al2O3催化剂制备的各种因素对NiO和Al203间的相互作用以及对吡啶加氢活性的影响。对于共浸法制备的催化剂,采用适当的制备条件,尽量防止NiAl2O4尖晶石的生成,可以提高催化剂的吡啶加氢活性。对于分浸法制备的催化剂,催化剂浸渍顺序对吡啶加氢活性的影响与催化剂的焙烧条件有关。
【Abstract】 The effect of several factors involved in the preparation of NiO-WO3/ A12O3 catalysts upon the interaction of NiO with A12O3 and the pyridine hydrogenation activity has been studied by means of UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectra and microcatalytic reactor-chromatographic techniques. For the catalysts prepared by the co-impregnation method, their pyridine hydrogenation activity can be increased by properly selecting the preparation conditions to prevent as much as possible the formation of spinel NiAl2O4. For the catalysts prepared by the stepwise impregnation method, the effect of impregnation sequence on the pyridine hydrogenation activity is related to the calcination conditions.
