苯吸附层厚方程及其在孔结构测定中的应用

【摘要】 本文提出了一个在固体表面上20℃时苯吸附层厚(t)随相对压力p/ps改变的Halsey方程,t=tm×1.208(lnps/p)-2/3其中tm为苯吸附单分子层的厚度,tm=3.69(埃)。应用此经验方程,按DH法给出了苯吸附测定多孔物质孔分布(圆柱孔模型)的计算模式,其应用范围为15(埃)<γ<300(埃)。应用本法进行了硅酸铝微球、活性炭等样品的计算,并与氮吸附法进行了比较。

【Abstract】 By using K. Sh. Mikhail’s data, a Halsey type empirical equation, which describes the relation between the adsorbed layer thickness (t) of benzene and the relative vapor pressure (p/ps) at 20℃, has been proposed. t=tm×1.208 (In p8/p)~2/3, where tm is the monolayer thickness of benzene, tm=3.69A.With the application of this empirical equation and according to the method of Dollimore and Heal a calculation programme of estimating the pore size distribution of porous solids was given. The pore size distributions of porous solids, such as aluminium silicate micro beads and active carbon, were calculated according to their desorption branch of benzene adsorption isotherm by the above-mentioned programme and compared with the results obtained by the ordinary nitrogen adsorption method.
