聚合物保护的烷烃转化催化剂:聚氯乙烯—三氯化铝·硫酸铜
POLYMER-PROTECTED CATALYST FOR THE CONVERSION OF ALKANES:POLYVINYL CHLORIDE-ALUMINIUM CHLORIDE AND CUPRIC SULFATE MIXTURE
【摘要】 <正> Neckers等曾经报道可以用苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯共聚物保护的无水三氯化铝做为醇类的缩合、酯化和缩醛化的催化剂.这是关于使用聚合物保护三氯化铝的最早报道. Magnotta等曾使用交联的聚苯乙烯磺酸和三氯化铝合成了所谓“聚合物超酸”,并在85℃,常压下用这种催化剂对正己烷的异构化和裂化进行了研究.这是具有实用意义
【Abstract】 Polymer-protected catalyst for the conversion of alkalies was prepared from PVC powder (as protector) and the equimolar mixture of AlCl3 and CuSO4,and the conversion of n-hexane by the action of this catalyst at 15℃ was investigated. The experimental results indicate that: (1) this catalyst is more stable than the non-protected one, and can be reused for several times,(2) when the ratio of protector and catalyst is 1/11(by weight),the total conversion of n-hexane is the highest,(3) the protected catalyst possesses higher activity than the non-protected catalyst,and(4) the total conversion of the n-hexane is about 25 to 60% at 15℃ for 3 to 24 hours.
