【Abstract】 155 cases of lung cancer patients examined with pulmonary cancer associated antigen （PCAA） were presented The positive rates are up to 85.2%. Some cross reactions up to 73% with patients of stomach cancer Normal persons and other cases with chronic diseases are negative. But probloms of purification of antigen and antiserum, false positive and false negative remain to be solved.We analyzed the Protien fractions in serum of lung cancer patients with electrophoresis, and found that α₁α₂ and γ globulins increased in lung cancer.We also studied the immunoglobulin level in patients with lung cancer, and found that serum IgM is decreased, whereas IgA increased, but in late cases all serum immunoglobulins are decreased.更多还原
