慢性肺原性心脏病血液粘度及红细胞电泳观察
AN OBSERVATION OF BLOOD VISCOSITY AND RED BLOOD CELL ELECTROPHORESIS ON CHRONIC PULMONARY HEART DISEASE
【摘要】 <正> 研究血液流动和变形规律的血液流变学,近来已开始用于临床,并试图作为研究祖国医学“血瘀”本质的一客观指标。我们从1978年开始应用血液流变学检查方法观察慢性肺原性心脏病(简称肺心病)患者,现将结果总结如下。
【Abstract】 Blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and hematocrit were examined in 40 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease, and red blood cell electrophoresis were examined in 22 cases. The mean values of them in sequence were 10.45, 1.87, 59.41 and 22.4 sec, and the mean values of control were 5.75, 1.77, 59.75 and 19.01 sec (P<0.05-0.01).In some cases, cholesterol, β-lipoprotein, triglyceride, fibrinogen, IgG, IgA, IgM, were also examined at the same time.Comparing the results obtained from patients with normal, we suggest that the increase of blood viscosity is due to the increase of hemotocrit and plasma viscosity. However, the increase of plasma viscosity is possibly related to the elevation of IgG, IgA, IgM or to the deficiency of oxygen and the presence of infection.In this paper we also discussed the influence of respiratory failure on blood viscosity and the effect of blood viscosity on pulmonary circulation.
