【摘要】 <正> 胃肠道原发的鳞状上皮细胞癌可分为单纯型、即鳞状上皮细胞癌(squamous cell carcinoma)和混合型、即腺棘皮细胞癌或腺鳞癌(Adenoacanthoma or Adenosquamous carcinoma),除见于贲门以上及肛管以下外,其余部位均较少见,发生于胃内者更属罕见。本院近两年收治胃窦部鳞癌和腺鳞癌各1例,迥盲部腺鳞癌1例,现就其病理起源与临床意义略加讨论,供临床参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Three cases of primary squamous carcinoma and adenosquamous carcinoma in the gastrointestinal tract are presented. Two cases in the stomach, the incidence is about 0.25% of the total stomach carcinoma in our hospital. Another case took its origin in the ileum and cecum. Their clinical manifestations and pathologic characteristics are described. Review of the literatures as well as their pathogenesis and clinic consideration and discussed.更多还原
