【Abstract】 This paper reports the preparation of the purified Clq (subunit of the 1st component of the complement) from human serum. It has been identified to be pure Clq by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis, the immuno-electrophoresis and others. The rabbit anti-Clq serum produced by immunization with this comparatively pure prodaet reveals only a single line of precipitation. This serum can therefore be used to assay serum Clq by the single radal immunodiffusion method. The normal values of serum Clq determined on 72 blood donors is 241±47μg (ISD)/ml.更多还原
