【摘要】 <正> 我组利用多元统计分析法对50个不同的冬小麦品种定量地测定了各亲本间的遗传差异(以遗传距离 D~2度量)。北京地区以往的一些育种实践表明,表现较好的冬小麦杂交组合,其亲本问的遗传差异是较大的。但是,遗传距离能否作为选配亲本的依据呢?为此,我们继续研究了亲本间的遗传距离与其杂种一代配合力间的关系,并检验以遗传距离作为杂交育种选配亲本的依据的可靠程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 A study on the relation between genetic distances of parents and com- bining abilities of their F+1 hybrids was made.The specific combining ability effects of thc main components （C+（ij）） for each cross between the ith and jth parent were evaluated.Regression analysis of C_ij on D_ij² （genetic distance between the ith and jth parent）showed that the longer the genetic distance between the parents,the better the performance of their F₁ hybrids.There- fore,the genetic distance evaluated by multivariate analysis approach could be used as a basis of selection of parents for hybridization.更多还原
