【摘要】 在过去20年中,为150例肝内胆管结石的病例施行了手术,全有胆道感染的病史。多数病案是根据手术所见,仅少数在术前经胆道造影、超声检查或放射性同位素扫描而确定诊断。 为探索胆石形成的机理,用家兔做试验的结果说明蛔虫引起的感染是引起胆石的主要诱因。本文对手术的疗效进行了分析,结果很不满意,故本病的治疗仍是一个尚待解决的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 One hundred and fifty patients with intrahepatic stone were operated on during the past 20 years. All of them had a history of biliary infection The diagnosis of most cases were made by operative findings and only a few of them by cholangiography, ultrasound and/or scanning.An animal experiment with rabbits was performed for the purpose of investigating the mechanism of gallstone formation, and proved that the infection induced by ascaris was the main cause of lithogenesis.
