【摘要】 本工作的目的是探讨针刺在针药结合麻醉中的作用。在家兔利用钾离子透入耳尖测痛,比较针刺、药物、针药合用三组的痛阈改变。结果显示针刺与度冷丁合用时,痛阈升高的程度和延续的时间均大于针刺或度冷丁单独应用组。说明针刺与度冷丁间有互相协同的镇痛作用。针刺与冬眠Ⅱ号的协同作用略逊于度冷丁,与安定、氯胺酮间无明显的协同作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to understand the significance of acupuncture in combination with drugs, experiments were carried out on rabbits with K~+ ionophoresis as a nociceptive stimulus. When acupuncture was used in association with meperidine or some agents containing it, the longer duration and more potency of analgesia were obtained, as compared with each of these two measures taken alone. The result suggests that the action of acupuncture and that of meperidine are interrelated with each other. There is no synergism between acupuncture and either droperidol or ketamine.更多还原
