【摘要】 从1977年6月到1979年12月,16例临床晚期及根治切除有困难的胃癌病例,给予术前放疗。用⁶⁰钴及8兆伏直线加速器X线。组织量10例给予3,500～5,000 rad;6例给予2,000～3,499 rad。放疗后13例作了手术,无任何困难。术前放疗使Ⅱ、Ⅲ期胃癌病例根治术机会增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 From June 1977 to Dec. 1979, we gave preoperative irradiation to 16 cases of gastric cancer All of them had reached an advanced stage and it was difficult to have radical operations. We used ⁶⁰Co and 8 MV X-ray. We gave a tissue dose of 3500-5000 rad in 10 cases, and 2000-3499 rad in 6 cases. 13 cases were operated on after the irradiation, there was no difficulty in the operations. Preoperative irradiation increases the chance of a successful radical operation for stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ patients.更多还原
