肾脏病患者尿纤维蛋白(原)裂解产物的测定

【摘要】 本文应用戊二醛化红血球凝集抑制试验测定188例不同类型肾脏病患者尿中FDP含量,结果表明儿童肾病全部阴性,对肾病诊断分型有鉴别意义。慢性肾炎尿毒症的FDP含量比普通型高,随着病情恶化,血肌酐,血尿素氮增加,尿FDP亦增加,因此尿FDP含量,可能反应肾功能损害程度。在慢性肾炎治疗过程中,临床症状缓解,肾功能恢复,尿FDP含量降低或阴转,如病情恶化,则FDP持续阳性或含量增加,因此对病情演变,疗效观察,有参考价值。 本组肾炎病人,同时测定血清,尿FDP含量者共61例,结果表明尿FDP阳性率明显高于血清FDP。后者取样方便,有利于动态观察。

【Abstract】 Urine FDP (Fibrin/Fibrinogen degradation products) of 188 different forms of nephritis have been studied. FDP was determined by the method of Glularaldehyde erythrocyte hemagglutinotional. The results were shown as following: Urine FDP of nephrotic syndrome in children was negative, and the level of urine FDP in chronic nephritis and uremia were always much higher than general forms. Blood creatinine. BUN and urine FDP were incresed as the patient’s conditions became worse off. Thus urine FDP might be indicating the degree of damage of the kidney function. In the treatment of chronic nephritis and uremia, if the clinical symptoms subside, the kidney function recovered, then urine FDP might be decreased or negative and vice versa. So that urine FDP determination might be helpful for clinical treatment.We have also examined 61 nephritis patient’s serum and urine FDP We have found urine FDP positive rate was much higher than that of serum.This method is simple and provides certain advantages for clinical dynamic observation.
