铽含量对LaOBr:Tb发光光谱和发光亮度的影响与希土杂质对LaOBr:Tb发光亮度的影响
Effect of Terbium and Rare Earth Impurities on Luminescence of LaOBr:Tb
【摘要】 <正> LaOBr:Tb是制造与感蓝X线胶片匹配的希土增感屏的荧光材料。1967年Blasse研究了多种Tb3+激活的发光材料,报导了LaOBr:Tb(5%)的光谱能量分布,测定了LaOBr:Tb(5%)的5D4-7F6,5D4-7F5,5D4-7F4,5D4-7F3跃迁的相对强度。1971年Rabatin研究了LaOBr:Tb(Ce)和LaOCI:Tb两种发光材料,发现当铽的浓度增加时,导致了LaOCI:Tb的3700(?)-4700(?)发射峰的减弱和5400(?)发射峰的增强。1979年JormaH(?)ls(?)研究了铽含量对LaOBr:Tb的5D3-7F5和5D4-7F5辐射的影响。报导了在铽的含量
【Abstract】 The intensities of 5D3-7F6, 5D3-7F5, 5D3-7F5, 5D3-7F2 and 5D4-7F5 emission in La-OBr: Tb increase with the activator concentration when it is less than 3.13×10-3 molTb/molLa, but, when it is greater than this concentration, the intensities of 5D3-7F6, 5D3-7F5, 5D3-7F4 emissions begin to decrease. For 5D3-7F6, 5D3-7F5 and 5D3-7F4 emissions (blue) , there is a maximum intensity at 3.13×l0-3 molTb/molLa. It is therefore concluded that the optium concentration of terbium for LaOBr:Tb is 3.13×10-3 mol/mol La. The influence of Y, Gd, Eu, Sm, Nd and Pr on Luminescence of LaOBr:Tb is weak. However, when the content of cerium in LaOBr:Tb is increased, the Luminescence dlecreases considerably.
