丘脑下部促黄体素释放激素类似物(LRH-A)的作用机制Ⅰ.脑垂体组织生理学的研究

【摘要】 <正> 真骨鱼脑垂体的组织学和组织化学的研究,有一些学者报道过。如Sokol(1961),Baker(1974)描述过鱼类脑垂体的组织结构;Matty等(1959)用组织学方法对六种真骨鱼脑垂体进行分类及激素分泌的定位工作;施琼芳(1964)对草、鲢鱼脑垂体同性腺发育的组织学变化,进行过详细观察。但是,罗非鱼脑垂体的组织生理学的研究,至今,未见报道。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the transformation of the nucleoplasm of large basophil cells in the meta-adenohypophysis of Ttlapia mossambica in the different stages of development.We found that during the stage of cell synthesis nucleus was round and big,the nucleolus was also large,about 1.7μ in diameter.The cytoplasm was full of secretory granules,consisting of both coarse and fine granules.During the stage of secretion,we found that the nucleus was small,and the chromatin granules in the cytoplasm were rare,with vacuoles of different sizes.After the injection of LRH-A,the transformation of the nucleoplasm was more obvious:the nucleus was dilated,the coarse chromatin granules were increased in.number;the nucleolus in the nucleus was closely in contact with the nuclear membrane;the cells full of secretory granules were increased in number,showing the strengthening of synthetic activities.During the stage of secretion,the nucleolus was irregular and a large vacuole appeared in the cytoplasm.The results obtained show that the mechanism of LRH-A is concerned with physiological changes of the nueleoplasm.In addition,according to the cytologieal changes observed the effect of two injetions seems to be better than that of only one injection.The second injection was made about 10hr after the first one.We have also discussed the significant difference of the responsed of the pituitary body to LRH-A between females and males.
