【摘要】 我们采用~3H—亮氨酸(~3H-leucine)作示踪剂,初步研究了人参叶粗提物对小白鼠血清蛋白合成的影响.实验小白鼠连续给药五天,末次给药后1小时注入示踪剂(4微居里/10克体重)6小时后,标记亮氨酸掺入血清蛋白而出现明显高的比活性(P<0.05).本实验结果表明,人参叶粗提物能促进血清蛋白的合成,此作用同其他作者用人参皂甙所得结果类似.更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of crude extract of ginseng leaves on the synthesis of serum protein in mice was studied with labeled leucine ( 3H-leucine ) as a tracer. The crude extract was administered for 5 days. An hour after the last injection of the drug, the tracer was used.Six hours after the injection of the tracer,the incorporation of tritiated leucine into the serum protein appeared to have a higher activity significantly (P<0.05). The results in this experiment show that the crude extract is able to enhance the synthesis of serum protein in mice and its function is somewhat similar to those results obtained with ginseng saponin.更多还原
