【Abstract】 Cine-cholangiographic studies were per-formed in 6 post-operative patients with Ttube drainage for the evaluation of the ef-fect of intravenous administration of“Yin-chen-dan-dao Tang”on the dynamics of theOddi sphincter of common bile duct.According to our observation,after ad-ministration of“Yin-chen-dan-dao Tang”the intervals between contractions were shor-tened,and the relaxation time of sphincterwas prolonged with increased widening ofthe diameter of sphincter.Meanwhile,thesynergic movement of duodenal-sphincterbecame more frequent.The common bileduct showed neither detectable intrinsic peri-stalsis nor longitudinal contraction,but wasin pendulum-like motion which was prob-ably effected mainly by diaphragmatic mo-tion and changes of intra-abdominal pressure.It has already been shown that underpentobarbital anaesthesia“Yin-chen-dan-daoTang”has marked action on the musculartone of the Oddi sphincter to facilitate theflow of bile in healthy domestic dogs anddogs with biliary tract infection or pyogeniccholangitis.Through the observation descri-bed above,more direct evidence is presentedto support the use of“Yin-chen-dan-daoTang”in cholelithiasis and biliary tract in-fection.更多还原
