田菁胶的分子量及化学改性

【摘要】 从田菁[Sesbania cannabina(Retz.)Pers]种子中分离出水溶性的多糖胶并加以提纯。对其化学、物理性质进行了研究。提纯的多糖胶在超速离心沉降中看来是均匀的。醇提纯法得出的胶,离心沉降系数值为今.71S,特性粘度为5.93dl/g,分子量为391,000。铜醇提纯法得出的胶,离心沉降系数值为2.82S,特性粘度为2.44dl/g,分子量为206,000。已制备出几种胶的衍生物,包括羧甲基型、羟乙基型以及羧甲基羟乙基田菁胶。

【Abstract】 The water-soluble polysaccharide is isolated and purified from the seeds of Sesbania cannabina (Retz.) Pers. Its physiochemical properties are investigated. The purified preparation seems to be homogeneous after ultra-centrifugation. The sedi- mentation coefficient of the gum obtained from alcoholic purification is 4.71S, its in- trinsic viscosity is 5.93 dl/g and its molecular weight is estimated to be 391,000. When it is obtained from copper alcoholic purification, however, its sedimentation coefficient is 2.82S, its intrinsic viscosity 2.44 dl/g and its molecular weight 206,000. Several deri- vatives of the gum have been prepared, including carboxymethylated gum, hydroxyeth- ylated gum and carboxymethyIhydroxyethylated gum.
