赤铁矿的超导强磁分离实验
Magnetic Separation of Weakly Magnetic Iron Ores In a High Field of Superconducting Magnet
【摘要】 采用简易超导强磁分离装置,在8~45千高斯磁场强度下,进行了赤铁矿的超导强滋分离原理性实验。实验表明,增加磁场强度有助于降低铁矿尾矿品位,提高回收率,特别是对细粒矿物。只要原矿解离得好,超导强选就有可能同时获得较高的回收率和精矿品位。
【Abstract】 By means of a simple superconducting magnet,the magnetic separation of weakly magnetic iron ores at 8KG-45 KG is performed. The result, shows that both the iron percentage in refined ores and the retrievability may be improved simultaneously by increasing the magnetic strength, if the ferrous and non ferrous parts of the original ore granules are well splitted.
