【摘要】 提出了约瑟夫逊隧道结与辐照微波耦合的一种理论。认为微波能量是从结两端同时进入的,隧道结与辐照微波之间的耦合是磁场耦合,得到了该“强迫振动模型”的解。用此理论统一地解释了用半波长隧道结测量2e/h时观察到的一系列实验现象。进行了隧道结与辐照微波耦合方式的实验研究和整波长隧道结与微波耦合情况的观察,实验证明此理论是正确的。

【Abstract】 The "forced vibration" model for a Josephson junction irradiated by microwave in which the energy passes identically into the junc- tion through its two ends is presented, and a corresponding solution for such a model is deduced.The following experimental phenomena which are usually observed in the determination of physical constants 2e/h can all be explained with this model: 1). A junction with a given length has its own resonant frequency and frequency bandwidth for the applied microwave. The width of the junction has no effect on the coupling. 2). Odd steps will disappear when steady magnetic field is not app- lied. 3). The larger the normal resistance of the junction, the easier the coupling between the junction and the microwave. This shows that the current standing wave model is a good approximation for the half wavelength junctions. It is predicted that the coupling bet- ween an integer wavelength junction and applied microwave will be very weak, and can not be used in the determinaton of 2e/h. This theory is shown to be correct by the primary experiments.
