中国水仙的染色体组型和Giemsa C—带之带型研究
A STUDY ON THE KARYOTYPE AND GIEMSA C-BANDING PATTERNS IN NARCISSUS TAZETTA VAR CHINENSIS
【摘要】 作者对我国三个产地的中国水仙染色体进行了染色体组型和Giemsa C—带之带型研究。结果表明它们之间并无明显的差异,认为它们系同一来源的中国水仙。根据现有资料,作者基本上同意中国水仙为同源三倍体植物。此外,还对其C—带的杂合现象进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 Chinese sacred-lily ( Narcissus tazetta L.var. Chinensis Roem. ) is a Chinese original variety and has become a favorite ornamental plant for no less than a thousand years.Since the plant sets no seeds, vegetative propagation has to be practised and its cytological investigation would be of special interest.In recent years some workers used N-banding te-chnique to study the banding pattern of polyanthus narcissus ( Narcissus tazetta L.2n = 20).As for Chinese sacred-lily, so far has not been re-ported in this respect. The authors produced the karyotypes and C-banding patterns of Chinese sacred-lily collected from 3 localities i.e. Zhang-zhou narcissus Zhou-shan narcissus and Chong-ming narcissus.From the measurements of somatic metaphase chromosomes the au-thors constructed the karyotypes of those three Chinese sacred-lilies. The results were as these, the length of chromosomes, the ratios bet-ween arms, and the positions of centromeres in these three kinds of narcissus.The authors tabulated the detailed data of different chromo-somes ( from a-j chromosome groups ) of each genome for reference.On the basis of karyotype-study the authors further studied the C-banding of each chromosome.Sharp and well defined bands were found in 6 chromosomes.Bands appeared in 3 long chromosomes of a group at subterminal ends and in 3 short chromosomes of g group, in which the bands appeared at the ends with satellites. But the banding patterns of the 3 homologous in each of these two ( a and g ) groups , just as the karyotypes showed, were different from each other.This heterozy-gosity in length and banding patterns of the homologous may be an evolutionary tendency in Narcissus tazetta var. chinensis.
