【摘要】 <正> 穿山龙为薯蓣科薯蓣属植物穿龙薯蓣(Dioscorea nipponica Makino)的根茎。曾有报道,以穿山龙为主的复方穿山龙治疗慢性气管炎有较好的疗效。药理试验证实其水煎剂有镇咳、平喘、祛痰等作用,并确定其镇咳有效部分为一酸性物质。(暂称晶Ⅰ),药理试验40mg/kg即有显著的镇咳作用;经中国医大附属一院在临床上试用11例慢性气管炎患者,止咳疗效为90％。无明显的毒副反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 A colorless crystalline compound, an active constituent for chronic bronchitis, was isolated from the root of the plant Chuan-Shan-Long (Dioscorea nipponica Makino). On the basis of spectrometric data (MS, NMR)and chemical degradation, this compound was identified as p-hydroxy benzyl tartaric acid (piscidic acid).更多还原
