翻车机结构的矩阵分析
MATRIX STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS OF MINE CAR TIPPLERS
【摘要】 翻车机架体结构不合理,是长期存在的问题,因而引起一些薄弱点的应力太高,经常损坏,而大部分构件又太笨重。本文介绍了翻车机结构力学模型的选取,对翻车机以空间刚架结构形式进行了矩阵分析,并在 TQ-16型数字电子计算机上求解,找到了各杆的最大应力。指出现在翻车机在计算及结构设计中存在的问题,找到了现用翻车机的薄弱环节、损坏原因及浪费金属的根源。
【Abstract】 Incorrectness in the structure of mine car tippler frames have existed for a long time.Failures often occur as a result of overstress in certain weak parts,while most other members are too heavy. In this article a mechanical model of tipplers is introduced.The tippler can be considered as a space frame amenable to matrix analysis.The author has solved this problem on a TQ-16 computer and found the maximum stresses of structure parts. Drawbacks in the conventional structural design and calculations of tipplers are pointed out.The weak part of existing tipplers,the cause of their failures and ori- gin of excessive metal use have been examined.
