【摘要】 <正> 声学显像是声学技术的一个重要方面。它为人们提供了不透光物质内部结构的声学像,在工业、医学、科学研究中得到广泛应用。但是,以往的声学显像技术,工作频率在兆赫级,分辨率较低,只能辨别毫米级的结构。随着科学技术的发展,需要研究和观察微米级结构,并显示其图像。超声显微镜的研制成功,是声学显像技术的一大进展,它使声学显像分辨率提高了约三个数量级。

【Abstract】 The principle, structure and images of ultrasonic microscope are reported. The resolution. of equipment is not worse than 30μm. The piezoelectric transducers made of Lithium Niobate (LiNb03) operate at fundamental frequency 108 Hz. The material of the lens is specially grown in our own laboratory. The focal distance of the lens is about 1.8 mm. The images of the transducer sound field is shown.Captions of figures:1. Principle of transmission type mechanical-scanning ultrasonic microscope; 2.
