【摘要】 本文提出的测定铁钼辅基模型化合物钼、铁、硫的方法,在精密度和准确度方面基本上符合研究工作的要求。分析方法简易,适用面较广。

【Abstract】 A method for the determination of molybdenum, iron and sulfur in FcMo-co modeling compounds is proposed. The samples are treated consecutively with bromine, potassium chlorate and nitric acid, then evaporated almost to dryness twice with hydrochloric acid. The molybdenum and the iron are determinated photometrically with the dithiol method and with the sulfosalicylic acid method respectively. The sulfur is determined photometrically with the morrin-thorium method after ,the solution is passed through a column filled with the H-form of sulfonic-acid type cation exchanger. The method proposed is satisfactory in precision and accuracy.
