【摘要】 吸水链霉菌井冈变种与吸水链霉菌柠檬变种很相近。除产生井冈霉素外,尚产生一种抗真菌抗菌素,定名为静丝霉素,其物理、化学及生物学特性与萨腊霉素很相似。其水解产物在纸层析上显出8个色点。其中5个分别为半胱氨酸,天冬氨酸,甘氨酸,苏氨酸与脯氨酸。本文报道静丝霉素的分离、鉴定及测定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Streptomyces hygroscopicus var.jinggansis Yan is closely related to Stre-ptomyces hygroscopicus var.limoneus.Besides jinggangmycin,it produces anantifungal antibiotic Jingsimycin whichwas proved to be similar to Saramycetinboth in physicochemical and biologicalproperties.The hydrolysate gave eightspots on paper chromatography.Five ofthem were identified as cysteine,asparticacid,glycine,threonine and proline.更多还原
