【摘要】 本文简要介绍了用来检验增强塑料、增强塑料/铝胶合件以及铝/泡沫塑料/铝夹层结构的超声波检验方法及机械扫描装置和记录系统。此方法能有效地检查出分层、裂纹、脱粘等主要缺陷。经过对大型部件的长期检验,表明所采用的探伤方法对保证产品质量起到了较大的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper gives a brief description of the ultrasonic method,the associated mechanicalscanning devices and the recording system for inspection of reinforced plastics,bondedcomponents of sheet aluminium—reinforced plastics and sandwich structures of sheetaluminium——foamy plastics——sheet aluminium.Main defects,such as delaminations,cracksand faulty bondings can be effectively detected.The effectiveness of the method for assuringthe quality of large components has been confirmed in long-term production practice.更多还原
