硫化铅选择性吸收涂层
PbS SELECTIVE ABSORPTION COATING
【摘要】 用0.1μm枝蔓硫化铅作吸收剂,用乙丙橡胶或氟树脂作粘合剂,配制成涂料,喷涂于抛光的铝板或镀锌铁皮上,涂层厚度在0.6mg/cm~2左右,可获得α=0.85—0.91,ε=0.23—0.40的选择性吸收涂层,涂层耐热达280℃以上。本文重点讨论了影响涂层指标的几个主要因素。
【Abstract】 The article is describing the research on the selective absorptive coating of PbS.Use 0.1μm of dendritic PbS as absorber, and with EPDM or F resin as binder, mixing up to be the paint. Spraying it on the aluminum plate or zincplating iron plate up to the thickness of about 0.6mg/cm2, the result will be a selective absorptive coating of a = 0.85-0.91, ε = 0.23-0.40. It’s heatproof up above 280℃. This article makes an emphatic research on the basic factors which will exert an effect on the index of coating.
