【Abstract】 This paper reports thirty-two cases of pulmonary heart and brain disease and have been given routine DIC examination in our laboratory in last two years. Among those patients 13 cases in hypercoagulable state were found and rapid improvement in clinical symptoms were obtained through anticoagulant therapy in time. We consider that the diagnosis’ of hypercoagulable stage in cor pulmonale complicated with DIC is a significant problem, because the treatment were given accord with accuracy diagnosis, may reduce considerably the mortality of these patients. Diagnostic indication of hypercoagulable state, close observation clinical changes and analysis of therapeutic effect by DIC examination were emphasized in this article.更多还原
