【Abstract】 Esophagocoloplasty was performed in 21 cases of benign stricture and 22 cases of carcinoma in our hospital in 1962-1979.14 patients with benign stricture have been followed up post-operatively for a long term,among whom,6 for more than 10 years and 3 for more than 10 years and 3 for more than 15 years.13 of the 14 patients had a good functional result,their dietary regime was normal,their body weights were kept in the normal range and all have regained the ability to work.The operative technics and the post-operative complications were analysed and discussed.更多还原
