【Abstract】 From October 1978 to February 1980 we have performed successfully four free dorsalis pedis flap transplantations by microvascular anastomoses.One of these flaps was applied to repair scar contracture following burn of left carpus.Two were used to reconstruct skin defect of the heel.A free dorsalis pedis tendon-cutaneus flap was applied to repair the defect of skin and flexor tendon in the right forearm.All these surgical manipulations were done with satisfactory results.In this paper is described the blood supply of dorsal skin of the foot and the technique of free dorsalis pedis flap transplantation,and problems worthy of note during and following operation were also discussed.更多还原
