【摘要】 <正> Ames试验是利用鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的营养缺陷型菌株,在有微粒体酶系统参与活化的条件下发生回复突变的性能来检测化学物质致突变性的一种测试方法。资料表明,用Ames法测得的致突变物之90%亦为致癌物。由于该法具有快速、简易、经济、尤其是准确度高等特点,可作为初步筛选潜在致癌物的一种方法,用于检测人类

【Abstract】 The mutagenic activity of nine chemicals:Bayer 93820,Tetrachlorovinphos,MIPC,Yu-7802,2-methyl-4,6-bio (trichloromethyl)-s-triazine,Hunsalin,chloro-humic acid,gossypol,DPE-I,mostly being insecticides,have been investigated using the Ames Salmonella/microsomal mutagenicity test system.S-9 from the livers of PCB-pre-treated male rats was the source of activating system,and TA98 and TA100 were the indicator organism.Both spot test and plate incorporation test were performed.The known carcinogens nitrosoguanidine and aflatoxin B1 were used as positive controls in every experiment.Each of the chemicals was tested at least twice in duplicate.Rever-tant colonies were scored after incubation at 37℃ for 48 hrs.The results indicate that all of the nine compounds were negative,while the known carcinogens tested gave positive results.Hence,the nine chemicals tested are non-mutagenic in this test.
