腓骨滋养孔及腓骨滋养血管的应用解剖研究

【摘要】 <正> 七十年代,由于显微外科的发展,带血管游离骨移植新的植骨方法已广泛应用。国内外曾作过一些研究。为了准确地作好带血管游离腓骨移植的取材,我们对腓骨滋养孔及腓骨滋养血管进行了研究。

【Abstract】 We observed and measured 600 fibulae.The average length of the fibula was 34.53±2.21 cm (left) and 34.50±2.10 cm (right).The majority (82.67%) of fibulae possessed one nutrient foramen only.The position of the nutrient foramen was chiefly on the posterior surface of the fibula (73.37).The distance from the head of fibula to the first nutrient foramen was positively correlated with the length of the fibula and this correlation could be expressed by linear regressive equation Y=3.9836+0.3306X(left) and Y= .0739+0.2743X(right). We dissected and measured also the peroneal artery of 69 lower extremities.The average of the distance from the point of origin of the peroneal artery to the point of origin of the nutrient artery of the fibula was 7.26±2.46cm.The average diameter of the peroneal artery was 2.52±0.48 mm.The average diameter of the nutrient artery of the fibula was 0.79±0.23mm.The results of this study could be used as an anatomical reference for the isolation of fibula with its vascular pedicle for transplantation.
