【摘要】 <正> 人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)是胎盘滋养叶细胞分泌的一种糖蛋白激素。临床上根据尿中排出的HCG来诊断妊娠和滋养叶细胞疾病已有五十余年的历史。最早是采用生物学方法。60年代初被简易快速的免疫学方法所代替,但其灵敏度仍不高。70年代以来放射免疫测定法在国外逐步推广。国内于1974

【Abstract】 It is very important to determine serum HCG levels in the study of menstruation-induction and pregnancy-interruption.In order to obtain dependable results,we have adopted the radioimmunoassay of HCG,which has proved to be highly specific,sensi- tive and accurate.Luteinizing hormone (LH) can also be determined with this method,as there is an antigenic similarity between LH and HCG.Early pregnancy car be diagnosed when semm level of HCG is higher than 25ng/ml.With this method we have been able to differentiate early pregnancy from delay of menstruation and whether the action of drug tested clinically is menstruation-inducing or pregnancy-interrupting,could thus be judged.The inhibitory action of trichosanthin on the secietion of HCG was also demonstrated with this method.
