酶联接免疫吸附试验在血吸虫病普查中的初步应用

【摘要】 <正> 近年来应用血清学方法诊断寄生虫病取得很大进展,但所得结果仍不够理想。1975年Huldet首先应用酶联接免疫吸附试验(简称酶标法,ELISA)测血吸虫病患者抗体,认为此法可应用于流行病学调查。Voller和Bidwell以及Mcharen(1978)等应用微量凹孔平板法测血吸虫病人抗体和抗原,获得较为满意的结果。

【Abstract】 In 1979,a microplate method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used for general survey of Schistosomiasis japonica in the county of Ying-Chen.This method is simple,inexpensive,and easy to carry out on a large scale for field examinations.838 sera from this endemic area have been examined for antibody against crude worm ova-antigen.The results indicate that ELISA is more sensitive and specific than common serological methods such as indirect haemagglutination test (IHA) and Cercarian Hillen Reaction (CHR).153 sera of patients with positive hatching test were examined with ELISA,IHA and CHR.The coincidence rate with hatching test was 90.85% by ELISA,81.7% and 75.1% by IHA and CHR respectively.Only 3 specimens out of 100 sera of healthy blood donors in Wuhan district were shown to be positive for antibody with the ELISA.
