【摘要】 <正> 臂丛神经损伤可以严重影响上肢功能,甚至导致完全残废,治疗比较困难。从1975年5月至1979年4月我院采用臂丛神经探查术治疗15例臂丛神经损伤,初步报告如下: 临床资料 15例中,男10例,女5例。年龄7～59岁,20～40岁10例。闭合性损伤14例(交通事故7例、重物压砸伤3例、上肢被卷入机器牵拉致伤者2例、高处跌下者2例)。开放性损伤1例(肩及腋部刺伤)。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the period from May 1975 to April 1979,15 patients underwent exploration for brachial plexus injuries.Operation resulted in various degrees of improvement in nine of the eleven who had neurolysis.Among these,5 patients had immediate recovery or improvement in sensory and motor function on the first day following operation.Four patients had recovery starting from fifteenth to thirtieth day after the operation.One who was associated with severed musculocutaneus nerve had satisfactory recovery following autografting.One who was associated with median nerve neurosu-ture at the axillary region had no evidence of recovery in less than one year after the operation.Two cases of complete total brachial plexus injuries had no effect.This paper described a technique of the brachial plexus exploration and discussed about surgical treatment of brachial plexus injury.更多还原
