【摘要】 <正> 1964年Chalat首先试用新鲜、消毒的同种异体鼓膜修补3例鼓膜穿孔,因2例形成急性穿孔,1例出现晚期穿孔而失败。1966年Marquet改用库藏同种异体鼓膜移植获得成功。此后,同种异体鼓膜、听骨移植用于鼓室成型术,在一些国家逐渐开展起来,获得较为满意的效果。我国除福建初步开展同种异体鼓膜连同锤骨移植术1例外,尚未见其他报道,作者于1978年4～6月先后施行更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents our experience in performing homografting in 6 cases with the use of tympano-ossicular materials. Allogenetic human tympanic membrane was applied in 4 cases to close a simple central perforation of the eardrum.Of these 4 cases,two were considered cured with hearing improved postoperatively;two others failures due to preexisting tear in graft,and necrosis and sloughing of the graft as a result of acute exacerbation of chronic suppurative otitis media.The fifth case was treated by homografting of tympanic membrane with attached malleus with satisfactory results.In a 14-month follow-up study after operation,the transplanted materials were found to have grown as normally as a natural eardrum.The last case in which the preserved incus was inserted into the gap between the malleus and stapes was also evaluated as cured with hearing improved.Though the number of cases so treated is quite sparse,the preliminary results so far obtained encourage us to make further study in this field.更多还原
