【摘要】 报道我院于1966～1979年7月间治疗的2岁以内婴幼儿肾病31例,其中单纯性肾病17例,肾炎性肾病14例,均具有浮肿、大量蛋白尿、高胆固醇、低血浆蛋白的特点。 1971年以前的22例用激素治疗,1971年以后的9例用激素+环磷酰胺治疗。两组共死亡5例,主要死因为严重感染、肾功能衰竭。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nephrotic syndrome may occur at any age, however, it is less frequent in infancy. 31 cases of nephrotic syndrome in infants under 2 years old (11 cases<1 year) were diagnosed and treated during the period of 1966 to 1979. Al1 of them were characterized by generalized edema, proteinuria, hypercholesteremia and hypoproteinemia. 22 cases were treated by corticosteroids before 1971 and the remaining 9 cases treated by corticosteroids and cyclosphosphamide since 1971. 4 of the 22 cases and 1 of the 9 died eventually. Severe infections and renal failure were the chief causes of death.更多还原
