【摘要】 本文报告从鸭血清中分离到一种可能与鸭肝炎和肝癌有关的病毒,此病毒为直径50毫微米左右的球形颗粒,含有内源DNA聚合酶。含有病毒颗粒的肝组织都发现不同程度的病理变化。含有病毒颗粒的某些血清对HBsAg与抗-HBs的结合率有抑制作用,抗-HBs能使病毒颗粒聚集。作者提出,自然界中可能存在一类与肝炎和肝癌相关的病毒,此文报告的鸭病毒可能是这类病毒之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 A virus has been isolated by ultracentrifugation from sera of the ducks more than 2 years old. This virus is spherical in form and approximately 50 nm in diameter and shows endogenous DNA polymerase activity. The livers of the ducks showed histologically pathogenic changes parallel to the virus positive sera. By radioimmunoassay, some of the virus preparations revealed an ability of competing with the combining of HBsAg to anti-HBs. By mixing the viral preparations with anti-HBs, aggregation was observed by electron microscopy. It is postulated that there is a class of virus associated with hepatitis and hepatoma in nature. The virus in the ducks thus obtained is possibly a member of them.更多还原
