【摘要】 本文报道采用活性花结(Ea)和酸性α-醋酸萘酯酶(ANAE)双标记观察22例正常人和102例(134例次)各种肿瘤病人外周血淋巴细胞,发现这种方法对肿瘤病情发展的反映较Ea更灵敏。肿瘤病人不仅Ea降低,还出现Ea内ANAE(-)细胞,Ea内ANAE(+)、(-)增减变化明显。Ea内ANAE(-)随细胞免疫水平降低而增加,Ea内ANAE(+)则随之减少。在放疗等因素影响下这种变化加剧,直至无反应。提示此双标记不仅显示T淋巴细胞的量变,而且反映了功能的变化,为了解肿瘤病人细胞免疫状态提供了一种有效的手段.更多还原

【Abstract】 The peripheral blood lymphocytes (LC) of patients with cancer were double marked with acid α-naphthyl acetate esterase (ANAE) and active rosette (Ea) formation test. The results showed that all the lymphocytes in Ea of 22 normal persons were ANAE-positive, while 81％ of the lymphocytes of 102 patients with cancer were found to be ANAE-positive (19％ of the cells turned to be ANAE-negative). This might be of some significance. As for 11 patients with nasopharyngeal cancer, the percentage of ANAE-positive lymphocytes was decreased to 54.8％ as compared with 89.2％ ANAE-positive lymphocytes at the initiation of therapy. This double marked test seems to be more sensitive than simple Ea method in determining the immunological state of patients with cancer. This test not only demontrates the quantitative change of T cells, but also the qualitative change. The ANAE-negative lymphocytes in Ea are postulated to be the non-active cells.更多还原
