计算机计算鼻咽癌60钴多野照射等剂量分布图及其应用

【摘要】 本文报道应用国产TQ-15计算机计算鼻咽癌60钴多野照射等剂量分布图的方法,绘制了等剂量分布图,探讨了各种设野方式的利弊,有助于选择最佳的治疗计划。

【Abstract】 A small size computer system was developed on the basis of the TQ-15 Computer.The system is now used for multiple external beams treatment-planning. It has a central processing unit and a number of input and output devices. The patient contour XY po-sition transducer is used for input of the patient contour data. A special program has been designed that can calculate and display isodose distribution curves by using BASIC language. The fundamental radiotherapeutic dose data are in the form of isodose curves.We selected "decrement line" method in making respective isodose curve. The error of the calculated value is less than 3 per cent. The ~6cobalt therapy plans for cancer of the nasopharynx were calculated. The advantages and disadvantages of several radiotherapy plans were discussed. It was shown that the method of therapy should vary with the site of the primary tumor and its route of spread. Only then are the patients treated under optimal conditions.
