【Abstract】 This study described the results of virus isolation from the fecal specimens of 34 children suffering from myocarditis. We used human embryonic kidney cell culture and Hela cell line for virus isolation. Three strains of coxsachie virus B₃ and one each of Adenovirus 3, Adenovirus 5, ECHO virus and suspectable Herpes virus were isolated. According to the variations in the neutralizing titers of the acute and convalescent sera to the cultured viruses, it was concluded that 3 cases were caused by Coxsachie virus B₃ and 2 cases by Adenovirus 3 and 5.更多还原
