深海半自动熔化极水喷射水下电弧切割技术的研究与应用

【摘要】 本文就拍摄的水下切割电弧移动高速摄影照片和电弧电流、电压示波图,分析了半自动熔化极水喷射水下切割电弧燃烧的特点,探讨了其切割机理,提出了连续稳定切割时存在着高温“气腔”的假设。本文阐述了对切割电源性能的要求和研制切割设备中的关键问题,并就连续稳定切割条件下的工艺试验,得出了各规范参数之间的关系;扼要介绍了GSS-800型半自动熔化极水喷射水下电弧切割设备的性能、特点和主要技术参数;最后阐述了半自动熔化极水喷射水下电弧切割新技术在深海60米施工现场成功地进行切割的情况。切割速度达到20米/小时以上。

【Abstract】 On the basis of instantaneous photographs of arc moving taken during underwatercutting and oscillograms of are current and voltage,this paper analyses the character-istics of the burning of arcs in consumable electrode water jet semiautomatic under-water cutting,studies its mechanism and advances the hypothesis that there may exista high temperature “gas cavity” during continuous steady cutting.This paper also deals with the requirements to the power supplies for cutting anddiscusses the most important problems in developing cutting apparatus.Relationshipbetween different standard parameters has been obtained through technological experi-ments carried out in continuous steady cutting conditions,The performance,characteristics and principal technical parameters of GSS-800consumable electrode water jet semiautomatic underwater cutting apparatus are alsooutlined.The last part of the paper is a brief account of a successful cutting on the con-struction site at a depth of 60 metres under water,using a consumable electrodewater jet technique with a cutting speed up to 20m/h and more.
