渤海湾附着生物生态

ON THE ECOLOGY OF MARINE FOULING ORGANISMS IN THE BOHAI WAN (POHAI BAY),CHINA

【摘要】 <正> 渤海湾是我国北方最主要的经济活动海区之一,船只、平台及各种海洋开发设施都会受到附着生物的影响。自1974年8月至1977年8月,对塘沽新港及其邻近船只、码头、闸门的附着生物进行调查,并于1975年9月至1977年8月,分别在渤海湾的4号平台及塘沽新港等(图1)进行二周年系统挂板。根据以上资料,初步研究了渤海湾附着生物的种类、数量及附着季节,对渤海湾近岸与远岸附着生物的异同进行比较。

【Abstract】 Between April, 1974 and August, 1977 an investigation on marine fouling organisms was undertaken in the bay of Bohai (Fig.1). Two sites, i.e. Tientsin Hsinkang and Fourth platform,were selected,representing different environmental conditions,from coastal harbours to offshor waters. The method employed in this survey was panel test for short and long periods (monthly, seasonally, and yearly). In addition, a survey of fouling organisms on various ships and other underwater construction (including wharfs, gates, piles, etc.) was carried out.The dominant species of the fouling community of Hsinkang are Balanus imp-rovisus and Molqula manhattensis. Their attachment occurs in summer and autumn. The monthly wet weght of fouling orgainsms fluctuates from 0-4975g/m2 whilst the seasonal wet weight ranges from 0-5559g/m2.Bougainvillia sp. (a hydroid) can be regarded as the single dominant species of the fouling community of platform. The period of attachment is from June to September. The monthly wet weight of fouling organisms fluctuates from 0-1747g/m2 whilst the seasonal wet weight ranges from 0-4012g/m2.The dominant species of the fouling community at the gates and the piles are Ostrea talienwhanesis, O. rivularis and Styela clava. The highest biomass recorded on the gates is 25kg/m2, for the piles 17kg/m2 and for the ships 5kg/m2.There exists a great difference in both composition and biomass between the fouling organisms of Hsinking and those of platform which reflects the different nature of coastal or estuarine harbours and offshore waters of the two sites.
